What is Finance Formation?
In order to ensure continuous training, SMS Welding.it Studio has dedicated staff to design and develop personalized training courses that can guarantee corporate finance in a single or associate form. Such funding can be attributed both to the inter-branch joint funds and to any regional and European funds.
Interprofessional Equity Funds finance corporate, sectoral and territorial training plans, which single or associate companies will decide to implement for their employees.
In addition to financing, in whole or in part, company, sector and territorial training plans, with the changes introduced by Art. 48 of Law 289/02, the Interprofessional Funds will also be able to finance individual training plans as well as additional preparatory activities or anyway related to training initiatives.

Our Studio provides counseling and training at no cost to the client if the company, private or public, adheres to an interprofessional fund (Fondimpresa, Forte, Fon.ter, Foncoop, Fart, Fonarcom, etc.).
Subscription to these funds is COMPLETELY FREE and allows you to make use of the financial resources set aside for training and counseling.
We can then activate and develop through Training Agencies and Associations of Accredited Category and included in the list of suppliers of the European Community, development of corporate, territorial and sectoral training plans for businesses, public bodies and individuals.
